We begin at the end, mid-winter, close to winter solstice in the enchanting urban woodland reserve of the Bethnal Green Nature Reserve.

We'll cosy by the fire and muse over the darkest days of the year as a time to reflect and restore. We'll draw on multiple epistemologies to explore what ecological 'Wintering' could mean. We'll stitch-into ancient pagan practices of the British Isles, explore Winter in Daoism with artist Rhona Eve Clews and and zoom out to the planetary reflecting on how the cosmos are choreographed at this time with artist Sophie Hughes.
