Medicine garden plants walk

Come and meet the many plants grown in the Bethnal Green Nature Reserve medicine garden. You’ll learn how to identify familiar plants used for food and medicine for thousands of years.

The Bethnal Green Nature Reserve is a is a WW2 bombsite that has been cared for since 1977 by residents and volunteers. The Nature Reserve has a delicate ecosystem of plants, bats, birds, trees, soil, fungi, amphibians, insects, and mammals (including people).
