Join Elspeth Chan for a unique movement workshop inspired by Butoh, the post-war Japanese avant-garde dance form.
In this session, Elspeth will guide participants in exploring how our bodies can adapt, transform, and connect with the natural world around us. Open to all levels, the workshop includes sensory awareness practices, imaginative movement prompts, and the “water bag” concept from Noguchi Taiso.
Participants will be invited to discover fluid, responsive ways of moving—cultivating ecological awareness and a deeper sense of collective resilience.
