Join us for a collective mapping workshop imagining hopeful climate futures at Bethnal Green Nature Reserve, and contribute ideas for this autumn/winter billboard artwork.

Together we’ll use creative mapping and storytelling prompts to build a shared repository of climate-adaptation ideas, focused on resilience, community building, adaptation, and solidarity both inside and beyond the nature reserve.

Your contributions will help shape a large-scale “visionary cartography” billboard, on view at the reserve from November 2026 to January 2027. The work brings together a future-facing visions rooted in climate justice, offering an antidote to the doom-heavy narratives often found.

Open to all - whether you’re a local resident, occasional visitor, or longtime volunteer, we’d like to hear your vision of a forward looking climate future.
